Plugins for Claude, Copilot, and WordPress
We build custom plugins that connect Claude, Copilot, and WordPress with the systems, data, and tasks your team already works with. Each plugin is shaped around a defined workflow, helping reduce repetitive work and bring AI support into everyday operations.
What we deliver
A custom plugin, or coordinated set of plugins, built for Claude, Copilot, WordPress, or a workflow connecting them. Each solution is shaped around the tasks, systems, data, and users involved.
- Support for Claude, Copilot, WordPress, or a defined combination
- Connections to approved business systems, data sources, and APIs
- Platform APIs, WordPress hooks, or MCP, as the workflow requires
- Authentication, permissions, validation, and logging matched to the workflow and risk
- Support for agreed languages, including Danish and English
- Configuration, maintenance, and user documentation
- Practical team training
- 30 days of post-launch refinement support
How we work
We begin with the task the plugin needs to support. Together, we identify what users need to do, which systems hold the required data, and what permissions or approvals apply. We then design, build, test, and deliver the plugin around that agreed workflow.
Outcomes
The plugin brings approved information and actions into the environment your team already uses. This can reduce manual steps and limit unnecessary movement between tools.
- Fewer manual transfers and repeated actions
- Easier access to relevant information within the working environment
- Consistent actions governed by defined permissions
- Activity records where logging is required
- A modular foundation for further plugins and integrations
- Multilingual access where included in the agreed scope
WHERE THIS SERVICE FITS
Three ways plugins help
Plugin work often starts with a missing capability, repeated work across systems, or a need for controlled access to data.
Extend Your Platforms
Claude, Copilot, or WordPress may not support a task your team needs to carry out. We build a plugin that adds the agreed capability within the platform your team already uses.
Connect Everyday Workflows
Your team repeatedly copies information or completes the same steps across AI tools, WordPress, and business systems. We connect the approved systems to reduce duplicated effort and keep relevant information available within the workflow.
Control Access to Data
A platform needs to use internal data, APIs, or services. We build a scoped connection with authentication, permissions, safeguards, and logging matched to the workflow and level of risk.
Ready to extend your platforms?
Tell us about the workflow, the systems involved, and what you want the plugin to support. We can then arrange a 30-minute scoping call.
OUR APPROACH
How we build your plugin
The schedule below illustrates a four-week engagement. Actual timing depends on the agreed scope, platform access, and integration requirements; more complex projects may take longer.
Map
Week 1
We identify the platform (Claude, Copilot, WordPress, or a combination) and map the workflow, users, data, and systems involved. Together, we agree on the scope, permissions, data protection requirements, and success criteria.
Design
Week 1
We define the plugin’s functions, user experience, data flows, access controls, and failure handling. You review how it will work before development begins.
Build
Weeks 1–3
We develop the plugin and connect the approved systems using the platform’s APIs, WordPress hooks, or MCP, as the workflow requires. Logging and safeguards are built in from the start.
Test
Weeks 2–3
We test the complete workflow in the intended environment. This includes permissions, security controls, data handling, integrations, expected actions, failure paths, and compatibility with the agreed platforms. You approve the results before anything goes live.
Deploy
Weeks 3–4
We release the plugin to the approved environment with the required configuration, documentation, monitoring, and rollback process. Your team receives practical training and 30 days of post-launch refinement support.
WHAT YOUR PLUGIN CAN DO
From request to controlled action
A plugin can respond to a user request, file, schedule, or system event, carry out an approved action, and return the result through the agreed platform. Its functions depend on the platform, permissions, and project scope.
- Question or instruction in Claude or Copilot
- WordPress form or administration action
- Approved command or menu action
- File upload, such as CSV, PDF, or image
- Webhook or event from a connected system
- Scheduled task
- Retrieve and summarise authorised data
- Search or query connected systems
- Create or update approved records
- Draft a reply or document
- Start a defined workflow
- Record actions for review
- Claude workspaces and chat
- Claude Code and developer workflows
- Microsoft Copilot and supported Microsoft 365 tools
- Copilot Studio
- WordPress administration or website interfaces
- Custom interfaces, APIs, or MCP tools
When a workflow spans platforms, we identify shared components and platform-specific requirements.
BUILT FOR YOUR PLATFORMS
Claude, Copilot, and WordPress
We build for one platform or across several, matching each plugin to the environment’s capabilities, permissions, and requirements.
Claude
Connect Claude with approved data, tools, and workflows through MCP or other supported methods. Permissions and available actions are defined around the task and users involved.
Microsoft Copilot
Extend Microsoft Copilot within supported environments and connect it with approved business information and actions. The implementation is matched to your Microsoft setup and access requirements.
WordPress
Add custom functions to WordPress administration, website, or publishing workflows. Where useful, the plugin can connect WordPress with approved AI tools, APIs, and internal systems.
EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK
Data and security expertise applied to plugin delivery
- 25+ years of experience across IT, data, and security
- Data protection built into plugin design
- Expert-led delivery throughout
Alpha brings more than 25 years of IT experience, covering data architecture, governance, security, and systems design, to plugin work. You work directly with the lead consultant from the first scoping call to handover. Each plugin’s permissions, safeguards, logging, and documentation are designed around its intended use and level of risk.
QUESTIONS WE HEAR OFTEN
What to expect from your plugin project
How much does a plugin cost?
Pricing depends on the plugin’s functions, the number and complexity of its connections, the platforms involved, and its data protection requirements. After the scoping call, you receive a defined scope and fixed quote.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from kick-off to launch. A focused plugin for one platform may take less time, while multiple platforms, complex integrations, or external approval requirements may extend the timetable. We agree the schedule around your scope and platform access.
Do you build for Claude, Copilot, and WordPress?
Yes. We can build for one platform or for a workflow spanning several. Some components may be shared, but each platform can require its own integration, permissions, testing, and approval process.
How does MCP fit into a plugin?
Model Context Protocol, or MCP, is an open protocol that allows supported AI applications to use defined tools and data sources. Where appropriate, we use MCP to provide controlled access to approved functions. Other integrations may use APIs, webhooks, or WordPress hooks.
Will the plugin work with our existing tools?
We assess your platform environment and the APIs, webhooks, exports, and other connection methods available in your existing systems. Compatibility is confirmed during technical assessment. If a connection requires changes, additional services, or a different approach, we explain the options before development begins.
How are data security and GDPR addressed?
We define the plugin’s purpose, users, data, permissions, and allowed actions before development. Authentication, access controls, validation, logging, and retention are set to fit the workflow and its level of risk. Where personal data is involved, hosting, processors, transfers, retention, and deletion requirements are agreed with you.
Can our team adjust the plugin later?
Yes, where the platform and agreed architecture support it. We provide documentation and explain the configuration and routine maintenance your team can manage. Larger changes or additional integrations can be scoped separately.
What happens after the 30-day support period?
Your team can continue using the plugin, with configuration and maintenance access determined by the platform, agreed architecture, and permissions. Documentation and training support the tasks you will manage in-house. Further support, additional functions, or new integrations can be arranged separately.
