Together, we agree the scope, priorities, responsibilities, and timing before work begins.
Discover
We learn about your objectives, existing systems, data flows, and available capabilities. This gives a shared view of how data is currently collected, used, stored, and managed.
Assess
We assess your data architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle practices in relation to relevant GDPR and sector requirements. The findings provide a documented basis for priorities and recommendations.
Design
We design the target data architecture, including data models, database structures, lifecycle rules, access controls, and AI requirements. Delivery is planned and costed by phase.
Deliver
We work alongside your team to implement the agreed priorities. Depending on the scope, this can include policies, documentation, technical components, and configured systems.
Handover
We hand over the documentation, playbooks, runbooks, and knowledge transfer. Your team receives the guidance required to understand, manage, and extend the resulting foundation.

What to know before you begin
How are we different from a general data consultancy?
Our work is grounded in data privacy, data protection, personal data breach analysis, AI compliance, and responsible AI adoption. We combine this specialist knowledge with practical delivery, including governance documentation, data models, implementation plans, configured systems, and guidance your team can continue to use.
Do you work with organisations outside Denmark?
Yes. Our work is based on EU GDPR and Danish data protection practice, and we work with organisations in Denmark and internationally. The scope is adapted to the organisation’s location and applicable requirements.
What if our data is held in legacy systems we cannot replace?
Existing systems can often remain part of the data environment. We assess how to maximise the value of what you already have through adaptation or integration, and identify where a different approach may be more appropriate.
How is the engagement priced?
The initial 30-minute conversation is free. Once the scope is agreed, work is priced by phase, with deliverables and costs set out before it begins.
Can we begin without a complete data inventory?
Yes. Discovery can include mapping where data is held, how it moves between systems, who is responsible for it, and where further investigation may be useful.
