Our work and expertise
Alpha Data Consult works with start-ups, SMEs, non-profits, legal practices, and large enterprises across sectors. We help them manage and protect their data, use it to inform decisions, and prepare their data environments for AI-enabled systems and other digital applications.
Alpha is led by a cybersecurity and data lifecycle architect with more than 25 years of IT experience. The practice brings together expertise in data protection, governance, data management, and security, with a particular focus on personal data breach analysis, incident assessment and classification, and GDPR-aligned breach management.
Our work covers the entire data lifecycle, from collection, storage, and use through to retention, archiving, and controlled, documented deletion. We connect data strategy, governance responsibilities, pipelines, and security controls with operational practices, helping organisations use data responsibly and adopt new technologies with appropriate safeguards.
Alongside consultancy, Alpha designs and develops dashboards, AI agents, and plugins from initial concept through to implementation and handover. Our research, publications, and analytical frameworks translate specialist knowledge into practical resources for organisations and practitioners.
