Dashboards that turn trusted data into everyday decisions

We bring together data from your advertising, content, sales, and internal systems. You get one clear, current view of how your business is performing, with optional AI support for deeper questions.

What we deliver

A working dashboard built around your data sources, reporting needs, and operational questions. The scope and delivery timetable are agreed before development begins.

  • A dashboard connected to your agreed platforms, systems, and data sources, confirmed during technical assessment
  • Scheduled or near-real-time updates, where supported by the source
  • Clearly defined measures and visualisations aligned with your decisions
  • Optional AI assistant for questions beyond the standard views
  • Responsive access across desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Documentation and a practical training session for your team
  • 30 days of post-launch refinement support

How we work

We follow four steps: listen, connect, build, and launch. Starting with the questions your dashboard needs to answer, we work with your team through each step. The full process is outlined below.

Outcomes

Your team gains a consistent view of the information it needs, with less time spent collecting, reconciling, and preparing reports.

  • Less manual reporting and spreadsheet consolidation
  • One view across all connected systems
  • Clearer visibility into trends, changes, and areas requiring attention
  • Faster alignment around shared measures and definitions

HOW WE CAN HELP

Three common starting points

Manual reporting, data spread across tools, and slow answers can complicate everyday decisions. We build dashboards that address them.

01

Manual Spreadsheet Updates

Your team spends hours gathering figures from advertising platforms, your CMS, and other tools into spreadsheets. We connect these sources to reduce manual consolidation and keep routine reporting current.

02

Scattered Data Across Tools

Marketing, sales, and content data sit in separate systems, making it difficult to see the full picture. We bring the relevant measures into one consistent view so your team can review performance across tools.

03

Reporting That Slows Decisions

Everyday questions require meetings, multiple exports, or manual reconciliation, slowing decisions. We organise the figures your team needs in a dashboard so they can be found, reviewed, and compared quickly.

OUR APPROACH

How we build your dashboard

The schedule below illustrates a four-week engagement. Actual timing depends on the agreed scope, data access, and preparation required; more complex projects may take longer.

01

Listen

Week 1

We begin with the decisions, reporting needs, and users the dashboard must support. Together, we agree on the measures, data sources, definitions, and update frequency.

02

Connect

Weeks 1–2

We connect the confirmed data sources and configure secure access and refresh schedules. We validate the incoming data before development begins.

03

Build

Weeks 2–3

We design each view around a specific reporting need. Your team reviews the dashboard as it develops, allowing us to refine the measures, visualisations, and layout.

04

Launch

Weeks 3–4

We test the data, access controls, and display across supported devices before launch. Your team receives documentation, practical training, and 30 days of post-launch refinement support.

TOOLS WE CONNECT

Designed around the tools you already use

We assess how your existing tools can connect through supported APIs, exports, or other suitable methods. Any required changes or additional services are discussed and agreed before work begins.

TALK TO YOUR DASHBOARD

Another way to explore your data

An optional AI assistant lets your team ask questions about the dashboard’s data, within agreed sources and user permissions. The dashboard works fully without the assistant.

01

Ask in Familiar Language

Ask questions using the terms your team normally uses. The assistant responds using the connected data and presents the relevant figures clearly.

02

See Patterns and Changes

The assistant can summarise trends, compare periods, and highlight unusual changes. Responses can link back to the underlying measures so your team can review the supporting data.

03

Optional by Design

AI support is added only where it serves a defined need. It remains a separate layer, so standard dashboard views and reports continue to work without it.

QUESTIONS WE HEAR OFTEN

What to expect from your dashboard project

How much does a dashboard cost?

Pricing depends on the number of data sources, connection methods, measures, views, and users involved. After an initial conversation and technical assessment, you receive a defined scope and fixed quote before development begins.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from kick-off to launch. A focused dashboard using one accessible data source may take less time, while complex connections or additional data preparation may extend the timetable. We agree the schedule around your scope and system access.

Do we need to change our existing tools?

Usually not. We first assess how your current systems provide access through APIs, exports, or other supported methods. If a connection requires a change or additional service, we explain the options before work begins.

Can our team explore the dashboard using AI?

Yes, as an optional addition. The AI assistant answers questions using approved dashboard data, within each user’s permissions. The scope and safeguards are agreed first.

What if our team is not technical?

The dashboard is designed around its users. Clear labels, focused views, documentation, and practical training help your team use it confidently in everyday work.

Can we update the dashboard ourselves?

This depends on the delivery platform and the level of access agreed for your team. Training covers routine updates where supported, and Alpha can assist with larger changes or new connections.

How are data security and privacy addressed?

Access controls, data minimisation, secure connections, and appropriate logging are considered during design. Where personal data is involved, its purpose, visibility, retention, and hosting requirements are agreed before launch.

What happens after the 30-day support period?

Your team can continue using the dashboard, with maintenance and editing access determined by the chosen platform and agreed permissions. Documentation and training support the tasks you will manage in-house. Further support, changes, or new integrations can be arranged separately.
