CONNECTIVITY · SECURE BY DESIGN

Data pipelines for AI-ready systems

We design and build secure pipelines connecting your CRM, advertising platforms, and operational tools to your databases, search systems, and AI services. Your data stays current, searchable, and available to agents, automations, and applications.

What we deliver

A secure, maintainable pipeline that moves data between the systems that produce it and the tools that use it. Each pipeline is shaped around your sources, destinations, update frequency, and future AI use.

  • Custom pipelines connecting CRMs, advertising platforms, operational tools, databases, and other agreed systems, confirmed during technical assessment
  • Scheduled or real-time synchronisation, depending on your requirements
  • Structured records, searchable indexes, and vector representations where appropriate
  • MCP server integration where AI agents require controlled access
  • Authentication, access controls, logging, monitoring, and error handling
  • Technical documentation and operational guidance for your team
  • 30 days of post-launch refinement support

How we work

We begin with how the data will be used: where it needs to arrive, how it needs to be structured, how often it changes, and which systems or agents rely on it. We then map the sources, assess access and data quality, design the flow, and build and test the pipeline around the agreed workflow.

Outcomes

Your data becomes easier to move, find, and reuse across your systems. Connected dashboards stay current, AI applications receive the context they need, and your team spends less time manually combining CSV files for reporting.

  • Reliable data flow across your tools and systems
  • Context your AI agents can query directly
  • Consistent datasets for downstream use
  • Fewer manual exports and imports
  • An adaptable foundation for the workflows you add next

HOW WE CAN HELP

Three common starting points

Pipeline work often begins with disconnected systems, data that is not ready for AI use, or recurring manual transfers.

01

Linking Disconnected Systems

Customer data may sit in your CRM, campaign data in Google Ads, and content in your CMS, with no reliable flow between them and the systems that use the data. We build the flows that bring that information together.

02

Preparing Data for AI

You want to use AI agents, MCP servers, or semantic search, but the data they need is not shaped for reliable retrieval and context. We transform operational data into formats AI systems can draw on directly.

03

Reducing Manual Data Transfers

Recurring exports, copying data between platforms, and reconciling records one by one take time each week. We automate the agreed data flows, cutting the repetitive work and keeping each destination current.

OUR APPROACH

How we build your pipeline

From mapping your data environment to deploying a monitored pipeline, each stage is reviewed and agreed with you.

01

Map

Week 1

We identify your data sources, destinations, and how data moves between them today. Together, we define what data needs to move, where it needs to go, how often it should move, and the format each destination needs.

02

Design

Weeks 1–2

We design the pipeline architecture, data transformations, and required output formats. You review the proposed data flow before development begins, with authentication, security, monitoring, and failure handling built into the design.

03

Build

Weeks 2–4

We build the pipeline, configure secure access, and implement the data flows and transformations from the design. Each component is tested as it is developed so that issues can be identified early.

04

Test

Weeks 4–5

We test the complete pipeline using approved data. We verify data quality, transformations, error recovery, and integration with your databases, search systems, AI agents, MCP servers, or other applications.

05

Deploy

Weeks 5–6

We release the pipeline through a controlled deployment, with monitoring and alerting in place. You receive documentation and a practical walkthrough, followed by 30 days of post-launch refinement support.

WHAT CONNECTS WHERE

Sources, transformations, and destinations

Three layers, one pipeline. Data moves from your operational systems, through transformations that shape it for AI, into the destinations that serve your applications.

Sources

  • CRM and customer platforms
  • Advertising and marketing platforms
  • Analytics tools
  • CMS and e-commerce platforms
  • Internal tools and APIs
  • File-based sources (CSV, JSON, XML)
Transformations

  • Data cleaning and validation
  • Duplicate identification and removal
  • Format normalisation
  • Field and schema mapping
  • Adding context and structuring data for AI search
  • Incremental updates and change detection
Destinations

  • Relational and document databases
  • Search platforms and indexes
  • AI endpoints (MCP servers, agent context stores)
  • Vector stores for embeddings and semantic search
  • External APIs and customer-facing systems
  • Internal dashboards and reports

Is something missing from the list? Describe your technology stack. We will assess what data can move where and outline a clear way forward.

BUILT FOR AI

Ready for the AI that follows

Whether you use AI agents today or plan to introduce them later, your pipeline is built with clear data structures and secure access points from the start.

01

Context for Agents

Data from agreed sources, such as customer records, campaign platforms, and content libraries, reaches your AI agents through MCP servers or secure APIs. Access is scoped to the task and the user’s permissions.

02

Prepared for Semantic Search

Where relevant, content is structured, indexed, and converted into embeddings. This supports semantic search, document retrieval, and answers grounded in your own data.

03

Designed to Grow

Start with one priority source and add others as your needs develop. Modular components allow the pipeline to evolve without redesigning the entire system.

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK

Engineering practice, applied to data movement

  • GDPR-aligned data protection and governance
  • Expert-led direct delivery

Alpha brings expertise in data architecture, management, governance, and security to pipeline work. You work directly with the lead consultant from mapping to handover; safeguards, access controls, and documentation are matched to the data, purpose, and risk.

QUESTIONS WE HEAR OFTEN

What to know before we begin

How much does a pipeline cost?

Pricing depends on the agreed scope, the number of sources and destinations, and the complexity of the integrations and data transformations. Following an initial conversation and technical assessment, you receive a fixed quote with deliverables and costs clearly defined before work begins.

How long does setup take?

Typically 3 to 6 weeks from start to deployment. A simple pipeline, one source to one destination, can launch in around two weeks; multi-source builds with heavier transformation work take longer.

Do you build pipelines from scratch or use existing tools?

Both. Some needs call for custom builds; others are best served by configuring established integration tools or custom serverless functions. We choose what fits your stack, your scale, and your team.

What does "AI-ready" actually mean?

Your data is prepared for the way your AI tools will use it. Depending on the workflow, this may involve structured records, searchable indexes, embeddings for semantic search, or controlled access through APIs and MCP servers. We select the formats and interfaces around your intended use.

Can you connect our existing CRM and advertising platforms?

Often, yes. We assess the available APIs, exports, permissions, rate limits, and data formats before confirming what a pipeline can reach. Where a direct integration is unavailable, we look for a workable alternative.

How are data security and GDPR addressed?

Where personal data is involved, we design the pipeline around the agreed purpose, necessary data, access requirements, and retention period. Controls include secure authentication, encryption, logging, restricted access, and documented deletion processes, matched to the data and risks. Alpha DataKontrol is available exclusively to partners and may support data validation and protection within partner engagements.

Can our team maintain the pipeline after handover?

Yes. We provide documentation, monitoring guidance, and a practical walkthrough to help your team operate and maintain the pipeline. Ownership of custom deliverables is set out in the agreement; third-party tools remain governed by their respective licences. The engagement includes 30 days of post-launch refinement support. Any ongoing support or further development is agreed separately.
